Refund Policy

If there is an issue with the order you receive, please contact us via email: support@teesspace.com. One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 30 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations

All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please send us an email ASAP after ordering. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours or twelve hours depend on our production condition at that time.

Once your order has gone to production, we can’t cancel your order, you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the situation.

Refunds

We offer 30 days refund policy, if you have any problem with your item within 30 days after buying from us. You are eligible for refund if you meet one of below conditions:

- The shirt printed in low quality, damaged or diefective.

- You got the wrong item or wrong in size/ color.

- You didn't get your item (lost in transit).

Please note your item must be un-use and in the same condition as you receive it.

If you want a refund, please contact us via email: support@teesspace.com. We'll send you the return address and once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Please note that all of our product is made to order, so we only offer replacement items if they are defective, damaged or low quality printing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@teesspace.com and include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. Then we re-ship you another item free of charge.
